Terms and Conditions

These terms outline the general conditions under which Paxton Creative Studio operates its website and provides creative, marketing, website, and content production services.

Effective date: August 25th, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging Paxton Creative Studio for services, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions. Specific projects and ongoing services are also governed by the applicable proposal, contract, statement of work, or service agreement.

Services

Paxton Creative Studio provides social media management, website design and development, content production, and related creative or marketing services.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms, and responsibilities for each engagement are established in an individual written agreement.

Project Scope and Engagements

Unless otherwise stated in an individual service agreement:

  • Project scope is defined in writing before work begins.
  • Deliverables and timelines vary according to the agreed scope.
  • Social media management packages require a minimum three-month commitment.
  • Paid advertising is not included unless separately scoped.
  • Advertising spend is separate from management fees and service charges.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate or written approval.

If these general terms conflict with an executed service agreement, the executed service agreement governs that engagement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the information, access, participation, and approvals reasonably necessary to complete the agreed work.

Provide accurate business information and project details.

Supply timely feedback, decisions, and approvals.

Provide access to relevant accounts, platforms, locations, and brand assets.

Coordinate necessary participation from team members or other stakeholders.

Confirm that supplied materials may be used for the intended project.

Participate in the agreed production, review, or development process.

Delays in providing required information, access, feedback, or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

Payments

Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, and applicable fees are defined in the individual proposal or service agreement.

Work may begin only after any required agreement has been signed and the initial payment or deposit has been received.

Third-party expenses, platform subscriptions, advertising spend, travel charges, or other project-related costs are included only when expressly stated in the agreed scope.

Timelines and Delivery

Project timelines are established according to the agreed scope, scheduling availability, client responsiveness, production requirements, and other relevant factors.

Estimated delivery dates may change when project requirements are revised, approvals are delayed, necessary materials are unavailable, or circumstances outside reasonable control affect production.

The format, delivery method, and timing of final materials are defined in the applicable service agreement.

Revisions and Approvals

Revision allowances and approval requirements are established in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Where a package includes one consolidated revision round, feedback should be submitted together within the agreed review process.

Requests beyond the included revision scope, changes made after final approval, or substantial changes to the original direction may require additional fees or an updated timeline.

Content Production and Distribution

Content production engagements generally cover the agreed planning, capture, editing, and delivery of creative assets.

Publishing, account management, caption development, community management, reporting, and advertising are not included in production-only engagements unless specifically added to the written scope.

Social media management engagements include only the platforms, services, deliverables, and responsibilities identified in the applicable agreement.

Website Services and Third-Party Platforms

Website design and development services are provided according to the approved project scope, which may include strategy, sitemap development, wireframes, design, development, forms, analytics setup, and launch support.

Domain registration, hosting, platform subscriptions, third-party applications, maintenance, advanced search optimization, and ongoing updates are included only when specified in the service agreement.

Clients are responsible for maintaining access to relevant accounts and paying third-party platform fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Ownership, licensing, usage rights, and access to final project materials are defined in the individual service agreement.

Clients are responsible for confirming that any materials they provide—including logos, photographs, videos, written content, music, and other assets—may be used for the intended purpose.

Unless otherwise agreed, Paxton Creative Studio may request permission to feature completed work in its portfolio, case studies, website, or marketing materials.

Third-Party Services and Advertising

Projects may involve third-party platforms, software providers, website hosts, advertising networks, analytics tools, or other external services.

Paxton Creative Studio does not control third-party platform policies, outages, algorithm changes, service interruptions, advertising approval decisions, or changes to platform functionality.

Paid advertising budgets and platform charges remain separate from management fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitations and Results

Paxton Creative Studio provides services designed to support business visibility, communication, content quality, website usability, and marketing objectives.

Specific results—including search rankings, follower growth, engagement, lead volume, sales, revenue, or advertising performance—are not guaranteed.

Results depend on factors that may include market conditions, audience behavior, competition, platform changes, client participation, budget, and project execution.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Fulfillment

Cancellation terms, rescheduling requirements, fulfillment expectations, and any applicable fees are defined in the relevant service agreement and any separately published studio policies.

Privacy

Information submitted through this website or provided during a service engagement is handled in accordance with the Paxton Creative Studio Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Paxton Creative Studio may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in business practices, services, or website functionality.

The current version will be published on this page. Existing client engagements remain subject to their executed agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
