Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This policy outlines how cancellations, scheduling changes, production delays, and related situations are handled across filming, website projects, and ongoing service engagements.

Effective date: August 25th, 2026

Filming Cancellations

Production dates are reserved based on the agreed project scope, studio availability, location access, and scheduling requirements.

  • Weather-related changes may require filming to be rescheduled.
  • Client-requested cancellations or scheduling changes are subject to the applicable service agreement.
  • Rescheduled filming dates depend on availability and project requirements.
  • Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling charges must be defined in the individual agreement

Weather
Outdoor filming, drone operation, and location-based production depend on safe and appropriate weather conditions.

Paxton Creative Studio monitors conditions and may reschedule filming when safety or production quality is affected.

Rescheduling Requests

Clients should communicate scheduling changes as early as possible using the communication channel established for their project. Any notice period, window, or applicable fee is defined in your service agreement.

Client No-Shows

If a client or required location is unavailable for a confirmed filming session without notice, the session may be considered used. Charges or replacement arrangements are determined by the individual agreement.

Location and Access

Clients are responsible for coordinating access to filming locations and project sites. If a session cannot proceed due to lack of access, it may be adjusted according to the applicable service agreement.

Travel Expenses
  • Travel arrangements and related costs are determined by the project scope. When a filming date is changed after travel is booked, expenses are handled according to the individual service agreement.
Project Cancellation

Cancellation of a website or content production project after work has begun is governed by the signed agreement. This may account for work completed, production time, deposits, or third-party costs.

Social Media Management Cancellation
Social media packages require a minimum three-month commitment unless stated otherwise. Notice requirements and final billing are defined in the individual service agreement.

Unused Filming Days
The handling of unused or partially completed filming days depends on the selected package and is not automatically transferable or refundable unless the agreement specifically allows it.

Production Delays

Production or final delivery may be delayed by factors like weather, delayed approvals, or project scope changes. Paxton Creative Studio will communicate scheduling updates and coordinate next steps when appropriate.

Rush Work
Rush requests for filming, editing, or website timelines are subject to studio availability. Expedited delivery commitments must be confirmed in writing and may involve additional fees.

Client Approvals
Timely feedback is necessary to keep projects on track. Delayed responses may require launch schedules or delivery milestones to be adjusted according to the individual agreement.

Studio-Initiated Rescheduling
If the studio must reschedule due to illness or safety concerns, reasonable efforts will be made to coordinate an alternative date as governed by the service agreement.
